from your first bubble free breath all the way to becoming a CCR Trimix Instructor. We also run
rebreather try dives and are happy to come to your club or pool to
show you our rebreathers.

CCR & Draeger SCR.
Semi-Closed
Rebreather Diver (3-4 days) All the theory, skills and
techniques required to safely dive on the specific semi-closed
rebreather to a maximum of 42m (less if you are not already
qualified to this depth)

Rebreather and Bailout
Pre-requisites - Qualified to
30m, Nitrox Diver (can be taken in conjunction)
Open Water Closed Circuit
Rebreather Diver (6 days) A CCR course for those who don't meet
the pre-requisites for CCR Diver or who want to move at a slower
pace. The knowledge, skills and techniques taught result in
qualification as a no-decompression CCR diver on the specific
rebreather to a 21m maximum depth.

Circuit Rebreather and Bailout
Pre-requisites - can be done
as a beginners course or for any qualified diver.
Closed Circuit Rebreather Diver
(6 days) This course is where most divers cross over to CCR. An
intense course of theory, practical, diving skills and techniques to
qualify you to dive to 42m (48m if you are a trimix diver) and do up
to 15 minutes decompression. As with all CCR courses it is
rebreather specific but crossovers from one unit to another are
shorter.

Circuit Rebreather, bail out cylinder (min 7l)
Pre-requisites - Advanced
Nitrox (can be combined), Min 50 logged dives
CCR Normoxic
Trimix Diver (4-5 days) Training is the use of a specific
rebreather to 60m using trimix as a diluent. Skills and Techniques
are advanced to deal with extended range diving. For those already
qualified as OC Normoxic this can be combined with CCR diver
although qualification can't be issued until pre-requisite hours and
experience have been met. Divers qualified as OC Trimix can
combine this course with the CCR Trimix.
Equipment Setup - Closed
Circuit Rebreather, bail out cylinder (min 7l)
Pre-requisites - CCR Diver,
100 logged dives with 30 dives deeper than 27m, 20 dives and 25
hours on the CCR being used.
CCR Trimix Diver (4-5)
Trimix diving on the specific rebreather to 100m depth. This course
focuses on advanced rebreather skills and dive planning suitable for
planning and executing dives to these depths.
Equipment Set up - CCR, 2
bailout cylinders (min 7l each)
Pre-requisites - CCR Normoxic
Trimix Diver, OC Trimix Divers can combine with CCR Normoxic
Trimix), 200 logged dives, 50 hours on the CCR being used.
CCR Cave Diver
(7 days) Similar to the Cave Diver this course is designed to teach
CCR divers to safely explore the cave environment including limited
decompression to 42m.
Equipment Setup - CCR rebreather,
bail out cylinder.
Pre-requisite - CCR Diver,
Advanced Nitrox Diver, 25 dives & 35 hours on the specific CCR. N.B
Some units have additional manufacturers requirements.
The NSS-CDS have just launched their
new CCR Cave Diver course. They are the first Cave only agency to
offer this level of training and here at Eau2 we have the only UK
based Instructor. Be amongst the first. Join us on one of our
regular cave diving trips to Florida, France or Mexico.
